I came with my toddler who had a bad cough and breathing problems right wgen they opened. We had no waiting time, everybody was really nice and gentle with him, they took their time to examine him thoroughly to make sure what exactly is going on, we got a prescription that helped him get better immediately and a detailed instruction on how to observe the cough and what to do in which case. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you very much for taking such good care of my kid!!

I came in to see a doctor about a bad back pain and Dr. Chen came and explained in detail what I needed to do. Everybody was very nice . Kaila and Jaime took the extra time to help set up my md now online account. Also Andrew was very professional and nice.

I had a great experience with everyone I interacted with today. The receptionist got me in the system right away, the nurse and the doctor took their time asking me questions, checking my symptoms, and answering my questions. My particular condition doesn't have a quick fix, but they gave me sound next steps and helped put my mind at ease. If I ever need to go to an urgent care facility in the future, I know where to go.
