Your immigration physical, in a convenient location
When you’re seeking U.S. citizenship, a green card or immigration benefits, you need a medical exam with a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)-designated civil surgeon. MD Now® urgent care is proud to offer this exam to the Miami-Dade area, which includes a physical, a medical history evaluation and a check for communicable diseases.
Our civil surgeons will provide the USCIS with the necessary information to determine if you meet the health-related standards for admissibility. Keep in mind, this isn’t a comprehensive health checkup, but a screening focused on conditions relevant to U.S. immigration law.
You'll want to be sure to bring all relevant medical records, identification and Form I-693 Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.
