We strive to have a bilingual team member, fluent in both Spanish and English, available at all times, in all locations. In those cases where this isn’t possible, we will access translation services to meet your needs.
Patients requiring sign language should notify their local MD Now location via phone or email, at least 48 hours in advance. We will even assist in the coordination of an interpreter to help ensure there is one available at the time of your visit.
MD Now providers evaluate patients ages 3 months and older.
However, whether or not we can provide treatment will depend on the patient’s symptoms. If necessary, we can recommend an appropriate specialist.
Yes, you can make a payment via our convenient online payment option.

The MyHealthONE portal is a great tool that allows you to have your urgent care health information at your fingertips. With this secure patient portal, you can view health records and lab results from your MD Now visits as well as data from your affiliated HCA Healthcare hospital, share your health records with a physician or caregiver, access Web Check-In, and manage a loved one’s care.

MD Now is a true urgent care center. The safety, health, and well-being of all our patients is our top priority. In certain cases, we will prioritize care based on the severity of a patient’s medical symptoms.
Unlike the typical family doctor’s office, MD Now clinics have flexible, convenient hours. No appointment is ever necessary. You can walk in today at your convenience.
MD Now is also different in that we offer convenient diagnostic services, unavailable at the typical doctor’s office. These include X-rays, sutures, and blood testing.
Compared to the typical ER, MD Now offers a lower-cost, patient-centric alternative for non-life-threatening, immediate medical needs. Our clinics are located nearby and offer care at a fraction of the cost of most ERs. We also work hard to get our patients in and out in less than an hour.
Patients with life-threatening illnesses or injuries, however, should go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.

MD Now offers physical exams for work, school, and sports. Routine testing is also available when appropriate or medically necessary.
Yes. If you are experiencing unusual symptoms in regards to your sexual health come into your local MD Now for a confidential, routine STD test.

Our goal is to have all patients in and out within one hour, starting from the time you walk in the door, to the time you leave our clinic.
Every insurance plan is different. Bring your insurance card with you to your MD Now visit, and we will verify your urgent care copay with your insurance carrier. Or, if you prefer, you can call the member services number located on the back of your insurance card to ask about specific policies and copays before your visit.
Once we’ve determined your copay or deductible amount with your insurer, you can pay with a major credit card, cash, or check. MD Now also offers affordable self-pay rates for those without health insurance.
To retrieve medical records for a visit, please complete the Medical Records Release Authorization Form and email your request and completed form to uccmedicalrecords@hcahealthcare.com.
No. A referral or authorization from your primary care provider is not required for treatment at MD Now clinic.
If your provider has prescribed medication as part of your treatment plan during your visit, we may be able to save you a trip to the pharmacy. We now offer some medications for purchase at select locations so you can see a provider and fill your prescriptions in just one visit. Clinics do not keep narcotic medication on-site. Ask your provider if your medication is available for purchase in-clinic.
