Clean and nicely decorated. Everyone had smiles and were very pleasant. i’d heard horror stories of other urgent cares or hospital systems in the Miami area; was my first time here, and I was impressed and comfortable.

Secretaries where great and the doc was awesome. Explained to me what he can do and got it done. Thank you very much.

The experience was very good. Very professional and helpful, I went for a ear infection and was taken care very quick.

I went to urgent care because my sciatica and lower back pain were shooting so strongly, and hitting my nerves. The prescribed medication from my pcp was not strong enough to treat my condition. Every single person at the office from the front desk, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, and doctor was professional, efficient, and exuded a genuinely warm personality. They listened attentively, were sensitive to my needs, and addressed what I needed comfortably. The place was also clean, and the wait time was less than 5 minutes on a Saturday evening. There was one patient who came out when I arrived, one who went in before me, as I was filling out the paperwork, 2 patients waiting after me, and another walk-in who arrived after me. My wait time was about 5 minutes, and I believe I was in & out in less than 15 minutes, or at least it definitely felt like it! I'm so happy to have found the perfect urgent care facility literally across the street of where I live! The medication I received worked perfectly, and I'm back to normal with the perfect medication available to me, as needed. Thank you guys!!!

My screen name is a joke however , the care provided by MD Now is not. From the time I checked in to the Time I left was no drought a great experience. The care and concern was that exceeded my expectations .I I will continue to use there services for a long time and most definitely recommend them.
