I had to be tested for COVID-19 because a person my wife was in contact with had tested positive. MD was quick and easy and I felt confident of their system and procedures during my visit. The doctor took the time to discuss and answer every question I had.

Facilities looked very clean and decorated for Christmas. Counter Reception personnel was attentive and fast. Focused on their task. Waiting time around 15 minutes. I liked Dr. Sánchez!! Although he looked tired, he took time to establish a relationship. I could have talk to him for hours. I felt he was an uncle. Then, we talked about my symptoms and he did what doctors do. The icing on the cake was that he told me he was going to make sure the medication he prescribed would match the symptoms. Talk about follow up!!!

The service was fast and friendly. I went on a few hours before my appointment and was graciously accommodated. The Covid-19 test was fast and virtually painless.

The facility was very clean and smelled good. The staff at the front was very kind and welcoming. The doctor was quick but extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. I work in healthcare so all these things truly matter when you are ill and not feeling well. I’d recommend it to everyone

Staff started to attend to me on my appointed time I was taking in and explain what to do everyone was professional courteous and helpful it was overall a pleasant experience I came out of there not upset as I sometimes am because of the long wait and the uncaring staff but not in this case everything went very well the doctor was very good and my overall experience is very positive thank you very much
