Happy 4th of July

Went in last night, staff at reception were welcoming and helpful. Very competent MA took me to exam room, took history and vitals. Dr Tran was my physician. He listened to my complaint and prescribed meds. In and out in about an hour. I was very happy with the service received Highly recommended

It’s an excellent place for urgent care needs. The personnel is superior compared to anywhere else. I have no complaints about this place. Its my second time and its the best place to go to.

MD Now has spent a lot of time over the last several months investing in their people, culture and development of their employees promoting opportunities to grow within.

Like the location. Had Covid test, the unfortunately waited a half hour for doctor to come in for a one minute follow up. Sheridan Wangler

I’ve always had a positive experience at this urgent care, this is the only urgent care I will go to since moving here. I understand all the negative reviews but medical professionals are swamped and doing the best with what they can right now and these people go above and beyond to try to help each person. It gets busy with COVID but every single medical facility is overwhelmed. Patience and kindness go a long way and this staff does their best to accommodate everyone. One of the individuals told me they had over 200 people they had to see in 12 hours yesterday, so I urge everyone to appreciate these professionals for their dedication to the medical field despite the long wait times and crowding. Great clinic with amazing employees.

Convenient, Clean, good front desk experience - wait was short & Dr. was busy but good

I apologize for not writing this sooner but I have nothing but the highest praise for this MD Now location. My teenage son was very sick back in April with the Flu and my first thought was to take him to the pediatrician's office. After making an appointment, we ended up waiting in the office for close to an hour. I felt as though no one really cared how sick he was and to make a long story short, we ended up walking out. I took him straight to MD Now Margate (which is where we should have gone in the first place) and they took him to a room pretty quickly. The girls at the front desk are very kind and helpful. The nurse caring for him was very sweet and helped make my son as comfortable as she could considering he had a fever over 103. The doctor was wonderful and explained the diagnosis and treatment in detail. He gave me the opportunity to ask questions, never making me feel rushed. A nurse actually called to check on my son the next day which I thought was very nice. If the need arises again, we will only use MD Now Urgent Care Margate.

Charlene the front girl has a beautiful personality!!!I came in today not feeling very good and requested a Covid test, and she made me feel so warm and welcoming, and didn’t make me feel like I had the plague LOL, we got to talking and laughing and for a second I forgot why I was even here, definitely place I keep coming to and I will continue to come to

I was not feeling well. We to this facility and was very pleased. Everything was extremely clean. Social distancing was in place. I was taken to a room and seen pretty quickly. The Nurse Practitioner I saw was very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with their overall operation and will definitely return.

Had to do a new employee Drug Screen. Check in was easy and simple. Everybody was friendly. Unfortunately was unable to give a specimen so the nurse set me up for another appointment for the next day in the am.
