I was in town for the weekend to visit my son. Woke up Friday morning with a burning throat and ear. MD Now Urgent Care was 1 mile from my hotel so called to ask if they took my insurance. They did take my insurance so I headed over to their clinic at 10am. Check in was quick, personnel was polite, the doctor saw me promptly, diagnosed me with strep throat, gave me an antibiotic shot, and called in an oral antibiotic to CVS pharmacy. I was in and out in one hour. I felt so much better by the afternoon. I highly recommend.

In an out very quick for my daughter's sports physical. Great experience!

Rooms and waiting room were really clean and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

P this is my second time to visit this MD now. The staff is always so friendly and they really showed that they care and are concerned for you. Even though they really couldn't figure out what was wrong with me they told me what to do and if it got worse to go to the emergency room. That type of honesty is hard to find. I appreciate it very much and the young lady that came and brought me water in the room and took my vitals was more than professional and what an asset she is to your staff. Blessings to you all

Christina at the front desk was efficient and friendly. Diamond is amazing, she was gentle and kind, I was there for just under 90 minutes. I forgot the doctor name, but everyone made me feel comfortable and safe. Also the facility was very clean.

Everyone was very lovely and organized. Woman at the front desk was really together and made it very easy to register. Joann brought us back to the patient room.and was very lovely. Hannya administered AR tests and was incredibly knowledgeable and very gentle about taking the test. It's a very wonderful experience to go here. And considering all they have to deal with all day it's nice that they're just as pleasant and caring.

My MD Now is in Midtown and the staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is always pleasant whenever I come.

There were many people in.and out. I was tested within an hour, the receptionists were very polite and accommodating.

The receptionist was well mannered and very helpful. The P.A was also very kind and helpful. Overall the staff was accommodating and professional. So far I have had good experiences at this location.

Place was extremely fast. Doctor was blunt, male nurse was a male nurse but you can't hold it against him. The receptionist was cool. Only problem I had with this place was that the entire staff wasn't wearing a mask. I would also appreciate this luxury
