Very nice people. Just too long a wait. Over 2 hours to get to see the Doctor. Should have more than one Doctor in attendance. Hope prescription works.

They took care of us when we walked in and only waited 10 minutes to get the test.

I am happy that there is swift urgent care around. Nowadays, it is tough to get appointments at your primary, and the hospital is expensive. I was not feeling well and was happy with the cleanliness and prompt attention of the staff. Cherline, I believe, is her name, was attentive and welcoming. MD can expect to see my family and me again.

Excellent and timely customer service. I arrived a little after 8am and was seen immediately after checking in. This new establishment is clean and pleasant. Doctor was professional, triage staff courteous.

This Urgent Care Center is a blessing. I woke with a chest cough and was immediately seen and tested for the covid virus. In 3 days I turn 77, and I do not want to expose myself to family and friends if I test positive. I will have the results before then. Grateful for this place and its workers.

I went to urgent care because my sciatica and lower back pain were shooting so strongly, and hitting my nerves. The prescribed medication from my pcp was not strong enough to treat my condition. Every single person at the office from the front desk, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, and doctor was professional, efficient, and exuded a genuinely warm personality. They listened attentively, were sensitive to my needs, and addressed what I needed comfortably. The place was also clean, and the wait time was less than 5 minutes on a Saturday evening. There was one patient who came out when I arrived, one who went in before me, as I was filling out the paperwork, 2 patients waiting after me, and another walk-in who arrived after me. My wait time was about 5 minutes, and I believe I was in & out in less than 15 minutes, or at least it definitely felt like it! I'm so happy to have found the perfect urgent care facility literally across the street of where I live! The medication I received worked perfectly, and I'm back to normal with the perfect medication available to me, as needed. Thank you guys!!!

The ladies there are super sweet! The doctor knew all about my blood condition making his medication selection so much easier; such a rare find. He even knew enough to give me tips on staying healthy. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thanks.
