I did receive mine and it is an absolutely effective and high-quality product. Ive only been using it for a week but have seen a difference almost overnight. They initially got my apartment number wrong so when I called to inquire about my order, they corrected the issue and I received my order within a week.

I went in expecting poor service like every other urgent care facility I have experienced, typically not seen by a "doctor", but by a nurse practitioner, or a physicians assistant. And even if you see a doctor, they are typically unknowledgeable. The last time they misdiagnosed me, told me I sprained my rib when I actually had a broken rib! I was in excruciating pain for 5 weeks walking around with a broken rib. In any case, I saw a physician assistant named Xena. She was amazing! I went in for a very bad respiratory infection, I was coughing, wheezing. headache, and I have asthma. She took time to ask me questions, listen to me, and even identified with my suffering because she also had asthma. She took the time to give me a nebulizer treatment and a steroid shot. The front desk assistant was kind of cold. But the Xena was absolutely fabulous. I will go back to this clinic again.

It was fast and very friendly and I left feeling better then when I came in

Went in today with intense pain in my back and hip. Got in right away. The Dr gave me a shot of cortisone which took about 1 hour to start working. It took away 90% of the pain. I'm very grateful this Urgent Care is open every day and the doctor was so knowledgeable. Thank you!

I called to have a drug test at 3PM. I arrived at 3:30. I was the only one there so I was seen immediately. Both of the ladies working there were absolutely perfect. Very nice and extremely efficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The place was spotless.

All members of the Urgent Care team were very professional and compassionate. Thank you for a five star experience!

I actually had to go to this location instead of my local MD Now because it was the closest one that had a x ray technician on site, and l'm glad I did. Receptionist was pleasant and polite. I had minimal wait time and was seen promptly. Dr. Tanabe was courteous, helpful, spent an appropriate amount of time with me, and took the time to hear out my issues and concerns. Medications were sent to the pharmacy right away. Great and easy experience!
