Super fast and professional for covid testing.

Set an appointment the night before, it’s a completely useless feature. Still end up in line with everyone else so calling it an appointment is misleading. 45-60 min wait from 08:15 am on a Saturday is reasonable, even though I was 10 min early for my “appointment time”. The lady at the Patient reception/intake/insurance couldn’t have been any more lovely. The PA was detailed, patient and wasted no time (a plus from my point of view, it’s urgent care not my primary). And the nurse taking vitals and history was just as awesome as the other two ladies. 5 stars for staff professionalism and patient care, 0 stars for the knucklehead that came up with the appointment scheduling concept.

Everyone was very professional, helpful and courteous. I would definitely visit this site again when needed.

Staff were friendly and professional. I got there in time to see the doctor, about 30 minutes before close. Wait time wasn’t bad for a clinic. They sent my Rx direct to pharmacy. Who needs a primary care physician - when i feel sick i can go to a walk in like MD Now Urgent Care, not wait 2 weeks for an appointment with a primary. Convenient and easy. Thank you!

Been here a few times and its amazing. Friendly staff, never waited more than 5 min... Kristen is very friendly and informative, Dr. Charmaine is so warm and friendly. You can tell they care not just pumping you through the system. Highly recommend but don't overcrowd my spot, I love the “no wait” part of my experience!
