My wife got severe burns from laser hair removal in Bella Vita Salon and spa , visited MD Now urgent care center , was seen by an ARNP, who prescribed a cream. Unfortunately we relied on her assesssment and despite continuing with the burn wounds and pain just continuing putting the cream but my wife did not get better and needed to ultimately attend to a burn center and needed surgery on 3 wounds for third degree burns - burn debridement/cleaning through surgery. This is unacceptable , she should of diagnosed the severe burns and referred my wife to the treatment she needed/ update : 4/4/19- I was very surprised when I received an actual call back from medical director and administrator and we reviewed the situation. I am pleasantly surprised of the quality of supervision , I consider this situation unfortunate, but not representing the center as a whole therefore I change my review to 5 stars.

I went on a Sunday around noon. After filling out the registration form l was able to see a Doctor's assistant within 5 minutes. She wrote up my symptoms and did vital sign testing. Within 10 minutes l saw a doctor who gave me a simple analysis of why l had suddenly developed a pain in my left lung every time l took a breath. It was due to a pulled muscle around my shoulder blade. Very good diagnosis. It relieved me of anxiety. And he prescribed a medicated cream to relieve the sore muscle. The entire experience was efficient and correct.

We were there shortly after opening with about 10-12 people ahead of us and many more just kept coming after. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse and doctor were all very kind, professional and efficient. We were in and done in a total of an hour and a half, which we thought wasn’t bad considering the volume of people.

I have never in my life went out my way to post a review however the other day when I went to the md now on Palm beach lakes and my experience was AWESOME I MEAN THE BEST SERVICE EVER BY OLIVIA LUZ :) she definitely went above and beyond very professional ... ( I even shared my experience with my boyfriend as soon as I got in the car)

We went early this morning to get tested for Covid. Everything went smooth from time of checkin to the time we were seen by the MA and the Doctor. Marilyn was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She followed the proper procedure to swab us for the PCR test. We should have our results in about 48 hours and possibly sooner just in time for our trip. The location in Pinecrest is very clean and inviting. We were in and out within 25 minutes. Thanks to all the staff at MD Now Pinecrest including Marie the site manager for a seamless process.

Great doctor, clean rooms & good service. I would recommend MD Now to anyone who needs unexpected medical care.
