The office is very clean and professional. The front desk staff kind and informative. The MD I saw took time to properly diagnose my symptoms and ordered my meds right in front of me. They had my pharmacy information loaded in their system so I didn’t have to scramble to give an address. I was extremely pleased with my visit and overall experience here.

Five stars and more. i am new to Miami , my ears were impacted and needed relief. Of course these things happen at 2am in the morning, but I googled and booked a 8am appointment. When I went into the office I met receptionist Samantha who was very friendly and very helpful ,she got me going . Within a few minutes Medical Assistant Paula Correa , came out , she also was very friendly, kind, helpful and remained so during my entire ear procedure. Dr Pena came over examined my ears , MA Paula did the procedures, Dr Pena checked and away I went. During my entire visit everybody was friendly, very helpful, it was a very enjoyable visit. All answered my questions , involved my wife , it was one of those WOW visits. I would highly recommend MD Now Urgent Care to all . I was a stranger , but felt as if as i was going there for years.
