Wait time was a little long but it always is at urgent cares. The location in Royal Palm gets 5 stars because of the staff. Everyone was so friendly from the nurse, techs, receptionist, and the doctor. These types of clinics tend to lack bedside manner but the one in RPB certainly didn’t. If I had a need for an urgent care again this is the only one I would go to.

Got a COVID test. No problems. Everything was pretty straightforward. Waited for about an hour, but that’s to be expected right now. They not only have the usual patients but a lot of tests an vaccinations. The doctor was really nice and seems to have reached medical mastery, in my humble opinion

I walked in, the wait was less than 10 minutes. Having terrible hip pain. They gave me a couple of injections. Told me I should have some relief within a couple of days. Everyone was professional and friendly. THANK YOU.
