Very good care. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Would rather wait longer in waiting room and then be called to the examining room and less time sitting and waiting in the examining room where it's cold. Overall very pleased with care.

This place is great. It took me about an hour to get a Covid test which is unheard of in Miami-Dade County at this time. The staff were patient, polite, and very efficient.

I arrived at MD NOW URGENT CARE with a little anxiety in that I was new to this facility and concerned about my prognosis. As it turned out, I was pleasingly impressed with the professional ethnics and the cordial demeanor displayed by this staff. I was pleasantly greeted and checked in by Evilea (hope spelling is correct) who was very pleasant and courteous. Shortly after, Jazz came and escorted me to the examining room where questions were asked, vitals were taken and test was given. Very appreciative of her courtesy. After designated time for results, Dr Joelle came in, informed me that the test was positive and proceeded to check additional vitals. She assured me that my COVID would probably be mild (have had 4 shots) but due to my age, recommended that I do the Paxlovid regiment. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Thanks again.

I like MD now....they are kind , wonderful service

I broke a toe and the entire staff at MD Now were kind, humorous, and patient. The woman at the front desk told me to sit down because I was having trouble walking and that she would walk out to me and collect my cards and co-pay. This was so nice of her! Susan M. was my X-ray technician, and she was just as sweet as can be and made me laugh while I was there, which I needed. Dr. Katz was kind and even brought me back so I could take a picture of my x-rays to share with my family, which I was hoping to do. And Jessica wrapped my toes and gave me a surgical shoe and she was also just as sweet as can be and funny. Considering I broke my toe in three places and was in a lot of pain, I had a wonderful experience at MD Now because of ALL of the employees. Thank you!

This place is so clean, you could eat off the tables in the waiting room. The staff was amazing.. from the front to the back I felt so welcome. The nurse Jamie was so gentle when giving me my COVID test. Thank you!! The P.A. Jessica was so sweet and very informative. This is my new spot for medical emergencies. I don’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you for making me feel at home. <3

I went to the Hollywood location because I needed a school physical. From the phone call, the lady at the front desk, Miracle, was extremely helpful. She gave me all of the information I needed to know and was efficient, professional and kind. The medical assistant also was very nice as well as the manager who was at the front desk when I was there. The doctor who saw me was friendly, explained everything to me and did not seem like a robot doctor but a real person, which is rare and a gem. Lastly Will drew my blood and gave me a shot, she was super gentle and professional. I can confidently say that my visit was the best. Thank you!
