Such a quick and enjoyable experience! The lady in the front desk and the nurse were the sweetest human beings. They were extremely informative. 10/10 would recommend MD Now Urgent Care to everyone!

Got there first thing Sunday morning so there was no wait. The staff was polite and helpful. Had a good first experience here. Hopefully every visit will go this smooth. The attending nurse, Nicole was great. Very professional and sweet. Will definitely recommend this location.

Took us fast when my mother in law hurt her self and they have more then one close if it will be awhile they send u there and tell you how long there very pleasant staff.

Excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly albeit professional. There is also a short wait time so customers are seen to promptly!

Was greeted and the intake person took all my information immediately. And there were only three people in the waiting room. I waited maybe 10 minutes. Was escorted into the room by the nurse who took my vitals. Five minutes later the doctor came in . He diagnosed me and wrote out a prescription which was sent immediately to the pharmacy. The whole visit took about 20 minutes

Walked in at 5pm, only waited a few minutes. Excellent staff, very kind, clean facility.

I went in for a Covid test since I had been exposed to Covid. I had my shots in February. I signed in and filled out a form. In a short while I was called into a room where they did the swab test. The nurse told me how to get results. Everyone was courteous and efficient. I was surprised at the short wait time.

Great staff and great care! Doctor was extremely knowledgeable about drug interactions. Love MD Now Urgent Care.

I have been to several MD Now locations throughout my life, and this location has by far been the best. I was a walk-in on a Friday afternoon and was seen within 30 minutes. The girl working in the front was thorough and despite my insurance card giving her some trouble, she called and to get the details and make sure my insurance would work. I appreciate that because a lot of places like this simply don’t care and would not make this effort for you. Once I was seen, the nurse who gathered my information and took my vitals was very friendly, caring, and I could tell she was listening intently to me when I explained what I was going through. She asked questions, smiled, and made me feel very comfortable. Lastly, the doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and informative, and asked me lots of questions to make sure she got to the root of my problem and really addressed the issue. I find this so hard to come by, every experience I’ve had with doctors in Florida it seemed they were just looking to prescribe me something to patch the problem- but I really felt here with this doctor she cared and wanted to find exactly what I needed. Overall my experience at this MD center was exceptional. One of the first times I felt that seeing a doctor wasn’t a waste of my time and money. They really have a great team. And it’s a quick care- go figure. Wish I got everyone’s names so I could highlight the care they provide to their patients. If I ever have any issues again I’m going out of my way to come here.
