The place was packed with cranky people but the staff handled them professionally. I was seen within the time frame they told. I have been to this facility before and will go again.

MD NOW is so professional. I’ve gone to MD NOW whenever my PCP is unavailable or when I needed immediate care and I have never been disappointed. The Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and I have to say, I have always received more comprehensive care at MD NOW than at my PCP. I love MD NOW!

I have to say, I never cease to be amazed by the professionals over at this facility. I've gone atleast 3 times or so and everytime I have felt welcome, met with kindness and have had my questions answered. From the moment you check in at the front desk and check out with a prescription the nurses and doctors are knowledgeable and take the time with you. The portal is updated in a timely fashion and follow up calls are also met with kindness and the doctors/ nurses are more than happy to help and answer any questions or doubts. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you to the folks at MD Now

When I entered the facility without an appointment, the waiting room was full, so I settled in for a long wait. After getting registered, I was called within 4 minutes, was checked by a nurse, saw the doctor and was released in 20 minutes. I am very satisfied with MD Now Urgent Care and the level of care and the efficiency with which my visit was handled.

I've been to this location before, and it's always clean, and staff is always helpful. This time, I was very dizzy and feeling faint. They were so helpful and immediately took an EKG. The doctor was kind enough to allow me to stay until I was able to be on my feet again. They were very crowded but allowed me the courtesy of waiting in a clean room before releasing me. The doctor on call was extremely compassionate and caring.

I walked in and greeted abs within 10 minutes I was called in and taken care of right away. Everyone was very very nice.

Excellent Service. Doctors and personnel were very kind and took care of us in a timely manner. Facilities are clean and organized. Social distancing and bio sanitary measures are in place.

Went for a covid test and they took my insurance (100% no copay), I had no wait, and was out so quick! I was scared (crying) and she sat with me, let me take a few deep breaths, showed me the swab - tiny!! I saw my husband get tested and his looked like a QTip. This looked like a paperclip straightened out (with cotton) and bendy/flexible. I was worried they'd hit something and I'd get a nosebleed (friends' stories). She did it and when I tell you by the time I felt something she was out of my nose... like I thought "oh she is getting to the part where its gonna hurt!" When she went "see?" And she had it out already... had to do 2nd nose but it legit feels like when you land off a waterside and some water goes half way up your nose. My eyes didn't water (more than they were from the remaining tears) nor did I sneeze or feel "uncomfortable" or "alcohol burning" it just felt like water went half way up my nose. Go get tested, and use MD NOW!
