The front desk was very professional. Straight to the point and direct. The processing of my insurance and my coverage took about 10 minutes. I was seeing the doctor within 15 or 20 minutes of my arriving at the office. I would definitely go back here just because it seems to be a well-run office. The Doctor was VERY good. These urgent care centers are always busy. But you would never know it by the way this doctor handled herself. She was very easy to talk to and she knew exactly what needed to be done and did what needed to be done with efficiency and care.

Everyone in the office were so helpful. I was having an issue with some paper work and everyone at the front desk helped me out . The med assistance also where very kind and understanding. Doctor also took the extra steps to make sure I was totally satisfied.

This clinic is so clean, tidy, and smells so nice. The receptionist is such a sweetheart. She processed me really quickly. The nurse assistant is very nice and gentle. I felt no pain when she took my blood and gave me a shot. The doctor took his time to explain everything to me clearly and concisely. He assuaged my fears and made me feel so much better. This was my first time in an urgent care clinic and I left feeling so well taken care of. I will absolutely be coming back as needed. You all are amazing.

Love Doctor Yo! He is so nice and has never made me feel bad or stupid when I tey to explain my symptoms. He always seems to care. The staff has always been kind and patient as well.

This is the best urgent care in the area I will always come back here! All of the staff—the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor all made my experience so great and easy. They were friendly and professional. I felt comfortable and relaxed during the visit and they explained everything to me in a way that made sense. Thank you all!

Hello my statement here comes Shirley from conversations with the physician doctors while in the room waiting for consultation. I would like to point out that the urgent care doctors are very well informative and giving good advice on your health options. The only concern I have is when your first checking in getting through the front desk personally I feel the doctors care more about the patients then the reception desk when you first check in my opinion is that the front desk for whatever tests that they have to do when they speak with you they are not friendly at all once you get through the front desk procedure check in and you’re in the back waiting for the doctor to come in I feel that the doctors care more than the girls or men that are in the front desk when you’re checking in just my opinion I think they need a little more bedside manner and speaking to you in a lobby. Once you’re through the lobby I believe you’re in very good hands with the doctors conversations and concerns with whatever concerns you may have again just my opinion thank you very much best regards Joseph Batalini

I went in today and had to get an unexpected shot. I have an extreme fear of needles and have panic attacks. I have never met medical staff as professional and kind as here. They were so patient and understanding with me every step of the way. I couldn’t be more grateful. You guys are not only an amazing team but amazing people. It shows you really do care and were put in your field of work for a reason.

Wasn’t there for more than 20 minutes, very nice and hospitable. Very helpful when it came to answering my questions and concerns!
