I went to this urgent care today and I was stunned. I was treated so well by the staff and the PA. The place was clean, everyone was calm and I cannot say anything negative about them. Great Job!!!!!!

I'm given a 5 Star review just because the staff is working hard and during this pandemic we are facing is a 5 star rating in itself.

I broke a toe and the entire staff at MD Now were kind, humorous, and patient. The woman at the front desk told me to sit down because I was having trouble walking and that she would walk out to me and collect my cards and co-pay. This was so nice of her! Susan M. was my X-ray technician, and she was just as sweet as can be and made me laugh while I was there, which I needed. Dr. Katz was kind and even brought me back so I could take a picture of my x-rays to share with my family, which I was hoping to do. And Jessica wrapped my toes and gave me a surgical shoe and she was also just as sweet as can be and funny. Considering I broke my toe in three places and was in a lot of pain, I had a wonderful experience at MD Now because of ALL of the employees. Thank you!

I went to get the covid vaccine at this location. They took care of me right away. The front desk team was awesome and professional. I like how they were cleaning the waiting area everytime someone leaves to disinfect. The visit was quick and the physician was very nice and went over the details of the vaccination to make sure I understood. I will definitely come back here for their service. First time I have ever been to a walk-in urgent care facility that wasn’t a horrible experience. I expected to be there at least a couple hours considering I was a walk-in and new patient, but I didn’t have to wait at any step of the process. I didn’t know that was possible at an urgent care.

Everyone was very pleasant & professional . The waiting room was very neat. My visit was under 1 hr . I left very pleased because the staff was very helpful .

Employees were very thorough. Knowledgeable and acted in every professional manner.

Thank you for a speedy procedure. As much as it was not a pleasant experience having a qtip up your nose, at least everyibe was nice and understanding.
