Went for a Covid test because I’m traveling back to NY. Everyone was so nice and made it a pleasant experience. Front desk clerk, nurse and doctor were awesome!!!

Wow am I in the same urgent care clinic that I been using since 2006. Something happen it’s much more professional and better customer service. My PA C Jessica, treated me like a patient and not a number. I was also impressed with my MA and the whole medical staff. Keep up the good work.

So awesome, it is close to work so I went on my lunch break and was in and out in 52 minutes! That was fantastic.

My first experience here on Tuesday Oct. 27, 2020. I was seen by Dr. Francisco Sanchez was very professional, very comfortable to talk to and I highly recommend him, I'll be recommending. I also spoke over with Candace over the phone, who gave great customer service, her professionalism was superb and she did a great job, her patience and attention is appreciated, I'll be recommending Candace. Today as of Tues. Nov. 2, 2020 around 4:40PM I spoke to Maynahica over the phone and also was great with her welcoming attitude, her way of communicating made me feel confident and content with her work to come back for a follow up. I also can't forgot about nurse Stephanie she was so wonderful and was very quick to take me to the doctor's. Thank you soo much everyone who took care of me at Md Now urgent care.

This MD now is near my house very convenient not only that the staff in the front is very friendly. I had gone for a quick blood draw to check for antibodies due to the covid and was in and out fairly quickly I will be coming to this MD Now Clinic if needed. It was around 1 p.m. when I showed up it was neat organized and quiet. Any questions that I had the staff were able to answer accordingly. My two experiences at MD Now the one on bird and the one on Flagler so far has been phenomenal, no complaints.

Quick service and well taken care of

I had to go to get some pre-surgery testing done with MD Now. I had an excellent experience. Everyone is so professional and friendly. I have been to this facility a few times and always had a wonderful experience with the team members. Thank you to all of the health care professionals that take care of us when we come in!

First time going to Urgent Care. From the moment we walked in I first noticed how immaculate the office is and within a few seconds we received a warm welcome. The staff helped fill out some paperwork. We waited about 10 minutes and were brought inside. My husband received first class treatment by everyone. The doctor asked questions, examined my husband, had him take a chest x-ray and explained his condition and what medicines he was being prescribed and how and when to take it. We are thankful we went . We will follow up with our primary care doctor. Do not hesitate to go if you need medical help, especially in hours when most doctors are closed .
