Very cordial well informed staff.Exceptionaly clean and Covid safe.Pleasant and extremely skilled doctor.I would definitely return to this facility if needed!!

I was signed in at MDNow very quickly and within just a few minutes the medical assistant called me in. Within a few more minutes my blood was being drawn for my test. The office is very clean, friendly and waiting is minimal. I have been to this office before and things have definitely improved.

Friendly & professional staff. Very clean office with bottled water available in the lobby along with multiple hand sanitizer pumps & Kleenex. As a walk-in, was seen quickly. As a nurse, I appreciated how Dr. Fernandez evaluated & treated my complex condition. Only complaint- they were out of viral swabs.

Pay is low but job is almost bare minimum. Very easy to train/ learn the job. What might be difficult to some is the hours (12hr shifts unless you’re part time) . Part time employees prefer working there. Very hard to switch from full time to part time. In some cases if you do not advocate for yourself they wont switch you unless you say you will leave instead. Other than that not bad at all. Raises offered every 6 months. Holiday pay and overtime is truly a blessing here (its good money)

The staff is courteous and professional. Both Cassandras were great. The doctor was very competent and knowledgeable. I would go back to these staff members again.

Best urgent care experience ever (Sunday, 8/29/21). Receptionist very friendly & helpful, nurse professional, physician assistant extremely flexible & accommodating. Situation remedied quickly & to our satisfaction.

The facility is clean, comfortable and water is available for refreshments. Every visit has been extremely helpful treatment for my medical needs, the staff is always willing to go above and beyond for the patient.
