Fast and professional. No wait. Easy check in. Spotless and warm facility. It felt like the staff really cared.

Sylvia helped me with everything for sign in at the counter and was very empathetic to my issue and past experiences. And even helped me find a regular obgyn to go to. She's the best.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Although the wait for the x-ray was a bit long, I was out of there in about an hour or so.

place is good pay, good life/work balance, benefits are good too. some locations have very toxic and condescending managers.. have to get lucky and get a good one. other than that i love this company that bought us at urgentmed out

I work for Mdnow and love how kind, compassionate and thorough on my pre/op visit was handled. The Dr actually looked at my history and took the time to ensure all things were covered. The nursing staff and front desk were compassionate. No one likes unexpected surgery. They made it much more easy to handle. Love our company!

Everything was Good in MD Now in Boca Raton in palmetto. I was there this morning for my covid test, and was an a good experience. No waiting to much, Everything was clean, free bottles of water, the nurse for my test was very nice and No pain in my nose when she's do it the covid test.

MDNow is very efficient, the doctors are professional and knowledgeable, and the entire operation is professionally run. MDNow also makes the insurance process easy. Would definitely recommend the West Palm Beach location.
