The lady at the front desk, Sylvia D. is extremely pleasant. She greets everyone with a smile. Seems genuinely concerned about the patient. She makes you feel at home by offering refrigerated water and in my case, she heard my cough and offered a Ricola. She surely makes the patient feel at ease when visiting this MD Now. THANK YOU SYLVIA!

I must say that the visit to this urgent care was a very pleasant one. The staff was nice, the office was clean and the doctor was top notch. Doctor Crespo is caring, professional with great bedside manners and listening skills. I definitely recommend this office and Dr. Crespo.

My sweet husband had a car accident and was seen at an ER. 2 days later, we came into this urgent care for a follow up for his knees. We got better care and much more information here than we did in the emergency room. The staff is lovely and the doctor was very thorough and attentive.

My experience at MD Now Urgent Care at Federal Hwy. Ft. Lauderdale, today was exceptionally higher than I expected. Everyone from the receptionist, to the medical attendant, and especially the doctor was extremely excellent. The doctor explained everything about my condition, and recommended a Covid test which was performed by the medical assistant. I felt so cared for, and truly listened to. This was a great experience for me, and I will be a repete patient if needed. I recommend this place for anyone who needs to be seen but can't get to their regular doctor.
