Best urgent care experience to date! The staff is beyond courteous. Very clean environment. Great experience! Update 2/16/2021 I have now been here at least 4 times with my kids and I have had a wonderful experience each time. I really can’t say enough about their wonderful staff.

Staff was very friendly, great service

I went to this urgent care today with my partner. He had quite an embarrassing hand injury. (He hurt himself mixing frozen ground beef.)Every one of the staff were very caring and efficient. From the front girls to the PA. The place was very clean and everyone was wearing a mask. Except one of the girls had it on her chin. But she wasnt taking care of anyone so it wasnt much of a concern. We got there around 9 AM and we were out of there by 10:30. The wait in the waiting room was very short. No insurance, but the price was very affordable. I do recommend this place for anyone that may have an urgent injury or may have covid-19. They take care of that too,we were turned away from a different clinic due to a slight fever. Glad we came here instead.

My husband had no insulin when we got here. The people from the clinic said it would be a couple of Hours but the Dr came in almost right away. I had left the insulin at Home in Tennessee. The Dr was very thorough and gave us a prescription. The man that first saw us was very nice and he talked to the Dr and they got us out of there in a half hour. The only thing we didn't like was the two prescriptions cost over $600.00. Thank you

Friendly, fast and clean!

I have been to the Deerfield Beach, Florida facility several times and have always received excellent care. I am grateful that when I need care when my primary dr. Is not a available that I have the care I need.

The staff is friendly and helpful. It wasn’t crowded and I was seen right away.

The staff was friendly and professional and my wait time was less than 5 minutes

Visit was quick and safe, was given prescriptions. Doctor was kind and knowledgeable.

I thought the person at the desk could have been more welcoming and I thought she could have used help. It can be tough to be cheerful when you are trying to check in continuous patients. The waiting area was filled, and people were standing in line. The PA. Tiffany was very good. She seemed knowledgeable. Without going into detail. it would behoove your company to require that these patient facing medical staff are vaccinated. The room was filled with masked COVID people due to the increase in the COVID Delta variant in Florida. This is for their safety. the safety of their family and the safety of the patients.

Wonderful walk in clinic, can even check on online which I found useful. The whole place is spotless and everyone from the front desk to the doctor was kind and considerate. It was the fastest most effective visit I have ever had at a walk in clinic.
