Friendly staff. They listen with patience and answer with knowledge. Efficient in care and won't send you home with no real treatment or plan in place. My insurance card has not yet arrived but with a few details the staff was on it! She located my insurance information and applied it to my bill. Going the extra mile was definitely appreciated! They provided in clinic treatment and prescriptions to the nearest pharmacy. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others! They impressed this nurse! Excellent customer service is so rare these days and they definitely have it!

I love it here. Today was my first day, from the check in to the check out, it was a plea sent visit. The customer care young lady was very polite and welcoming, the nurse was great as well, and the female doctor was excellent. The physician diagnosed me with TMJ, whereas I just thought it was an earache. Thank so much for the fast and excellent service. I’m already feeling better with the prescribed medications I was gave. Highly recommend this location, it’s also very clean.

This place is so clean, you could eat off the tables in the waiting room. The staff was amazing.. from the front to the back I felt so welcome. The nurse Jamie was so gentle when giving me my COVID test. Thank you!! The P.A. Jessica was so sweet and very informative. This is my new spot for medical emergencies. The Office Manager has to be the most professional and empathetic medical office manager I've ever come across. Both my ears where completely clogged so at first I went to holy cross hospital and waited for and hour and probably would of been there till midnight if I stayed and I got there like 1pm so I went over to mdnow and got there at the right time and they took me right in and treated me for over an hour and the nurse was great and the PA was great and between the solution they used and then the spray bottle back and forth in both ears they got every drop of wax that was built up inside and and I can’t say enough about how professional they where and how much they helped me. I clean my ears regularly but I don’t think that I’ve ever heard this good before. I been to urgent care clinics before and they act like they are doing you a favor by helping you but definitely not this place . I had 3 different people look at me and I definitely will go back there if I have any sort of issue

Went to the urgent care for treatment the staff was amazing. I truly appreciate Dr. Naira who cared about my concerns and Kendlet for his professionalism and energy they were amazing, this is the urgent care experience everyone should receive.
