Absolutely incredible and friendly staff. Very professional - my favorite go to for last minute doctor visits

I went in for a messed up big toe & it was just excellent service from front desk to the nurse that took my blood pressure , he was very helpful and friendly & the doctor was amazing recommend everyone to come here

Very clean facility. Went there around 6pm, and didnot wait long. Front desk is friendly. Dr is very nice and patient.

Norma AM and Nurse Practitioner Fabelo Alejandro are excellent staff members, very profession and fast services. They are also bilingual in Haitian Creole and Spanish.

The receptionists were polite and courteous quick and efficient. We waited in the waiting room maybe a half an hour. We went back got done what we needed to have done very quickly and efficient and we were out believe it was less than an hour. This is the second time we've been to this location would definitely go back again if need be.

Staff very friendly I arrived when they opened so the wait was not very long the Doctor on staff was very knowledgeable very caring I've been to a couple different urgent cares including the MD now's and this Pembroke office is my favorite I go there all the time or when I need to two thumbs up five stars thank you

In and out in 35 minutes. With a prescription already called in. Fiona was at the reception, she made it so easy to get registered. Didn’t have to fill out the same information over and over on 10 diff. Forms. The nurse, was awesome.. she definitely knows what she’s doing. The doctor came in and was informed about all the details given to the nurse. Which is so nice, made it quicker that I didn’t have to repeat myself from the nurse to the doctor. Doctor was friendly and empathetic. He didn’t make me feel like a paranoid and crazy mom like every single other doctor we’ve seen.(which has been many) I was very pleased with my visit. Got what I needed and I wasn’t there forever. Went right at 8am on a Sunday. Fiona opened the door exactly at 8am. Thank you to the staff, I know it must be dreadful to work on a Sunday morning dealing with sick and crabby people. They were all so kind and helpful. 10 stars.

Great experience. The doctor and staff was very responsive and professional. They were quick to answer questions and assist you in any way. The wait was short, which for me it is very important especially given COVID-19. And the doctor was great as well. She was very thorough in her examination and quick. I highly recommend this place.
