Wasn’t sure what to expect my first time at an urgent care center. The girls at the front were awesome my triage nurse was very friendly and not rush such a sensitive issue these days. The PA was very helpful and answered all my questions. Hopefully I don’t need them again but if I do they’re going to be the first I go to.

The office, the medical staff and the experience were all great. I would return without question.

I did receive mine and it is an absolutely effective and high-quality product. Ive only been using it for a week but have seen a difference almost overnight. They initially got my apartment number wrong so when I called to inquire about my order, they corrected the issue and I received my order within a week.

Anytime, someone is going to an Urgent Care it usually means the person is not feeling well. So they might be scared, irritable, and feeling low. It is most important for the people working at Urgent Care facilities, all medical facilities, to recognize that people need courtesy, patience & compassion.
