I went to this urgent care today with my partner. He had quite an embarrassing hand injury. (He hurt himself mixing frozen ground beef.)Every one of the staff were very caring and efficient. From the front girls to the PA. The place was very clean and everyone was wearing a mask. Except one of the girls had it on her chin. But she wasnt taking care of anyone so it wasnt much of a concern. We got there around 9 AM and we were out of there by 10:30. The wait in the waiting room was very short. No insurance, but the price was very affordable. I do recommend this place for anyone that may have an urgent injury or may have covid-19. They take care of that too,we were turned away from a different clinic due to a slight fever. Glad we came here instead.

Great facility and staff. Did some test to find out my issue. Gave me what was needed and I'm starting to feel better less than 24 hrs later. Ms Denise was the best. She knew I was contagious but didn't make me feel as though I was. The front desk person even offered to walk me to my car because I was dizzy. Thanks a Lot guys!!!!

Fast and easy, everyone was so nice. The only issue is trying to call in, you can't get anyone but the physical branch is excellent.

Excellent service, Amy Morrison was very professional in her assessment of wound originally and care after the initial appointment insured that wound was healing properly. She personally called for a follow up, also recommending that we see a wound care specialist which we did. That specialist said that Amy’s initial care was excellent. We would highly recommend this MdNow facility and Amy Morrison for any one needing this kind of medical attention.

All interactions from point of entry to exit were pleasant and positive. Both front desk employees were kind and helpful, answering my questions and helping me with what I needed. Excellent experience with MD Now. Called another location for my 101 year old Mom who had fallen and was complaining of back pain. After discussion, the receptionist (who was super nice) directed us to this location as we didn't want to bring her to a location doing Covid testing. We waited about 45 minutes in the car for her turn in the queue...and from there it moved quickly. The doctor, Dr. Jose Murillo, was excellent. We were able to get X-rays (he bumped her up in the X-ray queue) and fortunately, she has not broken anything. Dr. Murillo noticed she was having muscle spasms so he prescribed something for that. She is recovering. Thanks to MD Now and Dr. Murillo for an excellent experieince.
