I can’t recommend this facility highly enough. The receptionist is very efficient and kept me - an injured person who is queasy around blood - at ease, and got me in a room right away. The PA and nurse triaged me very quickly, kept me at ease and clearly explained how to care of the injury myself going forward. Everyone here has terrific bedside manner, and it is evident that it comes from a place of loving to help. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience or the care I received.

Amazing !!! My primary ( Dr Mc .Grumpy) said I had allergies, coughing for a month, this Dr. did not let my symptoms fall on deaf ears!!

I’ve never been in and out of an urgent care so fast while still having received great care. From the front desk to the nurses to the doctor, everyone was extremely kind and efficient!

The doctor and staff were very accommodating and put me at ease over my medical complaint. The doctor informed me of every measure he was taking to treat me so that there were no surprises. He also did his best to minimize my physical discomfort. A+ care all around.

We recommend MD NOW Royal Palm location. The provider, medical staff and the front are so kind, professional, quick efficient and caring. They go above and beyond it’s unbelievable they actually listen to your symptoms aches and pains. We children have been patients and now my grandchildren.

That was my first visit in Urgent Care, I thought that it would take some time before I could see a doctor. But in less than one hour, I was diagnosed, had my injections and prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. The staff is welcoming and very professional. Great place to go if you have an emergency and can't wait to see your PCP. I had a wonderful experience!
