From the moment I walked in the two young ladies at the front desk were very helpful and polite . I never got their names but they were awesome . The nurse who took me in the room was very professional. The PA Leeann was wonderful and very helpful. The nurse who did my Covid testing was sweet and gentle . I was down here from Ny and needed to see someone for back spasms and annoying dry cough . I can’t thank them enough . Please skip the Drs office head here . Thank You back spasm patient

I’ve been to a number of urgent cares but I love how they operate at this location. It was my sons first time (and mine) coming here and it felt personalized and super attentive- as if it had been his doctors office for years. The admin staff is accommodating and polite and the medical staff very personable and caring. Deja is one nurse here who was awesome with my son who came in for a finger injury. She made him laugh and feel more at ease/comfortable as he was a bit frightened. We will continue to use this urgent care as needed while living in Delray. Thank you for being so great, guys! Keep up the excellent work!

My sister in law brought my daughter in but we didn’t know that without a parent she couldn’t be immediately seen. The front desk girl Suset went out of her way to help us in getting the correct things sent over so that my daughter could be treated for her cold- due to work there is no way I could of taken her in. She was extremely patient and made a lasting impression because both my sister in law and daughter remembered her by name and told me how sweet and helpful she was, she even kept my daughter entertained by talking about Disney with her (my daughter’s favorite). Good job MD Now for hiring such good staff! We will definitely be switching over from Baptist for all of our future Urgent Care needs & letting our friends know about you. Dr. Gorstein is an excellent Doctor. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and treats patients like family. I brought my niece to the Coral Springs location last week and received impecable service. The wait time was minimal and the attention and care that we got was superb, much better service than at a regular ER or even my primary doctor’s office. Dr. Gorstein exceeded all my expectations and we would without a doubt return in the future when the need arises.

I went to the urgent care MD in Miami Gardens Dr. The personnel from the begining to end were exceptionally professional. I was treated immediately with privacy and professionalism. Kudos to the staff, nurses and Doctor.
