I had a great experience with MD now. At first, I was upset that I had a $50 copay (thanks insurance.) I didn’t think going in there to have a sprained knee checked out (no X-rays needed) would be worth it. It was worth it though. The nursing staff & the Doctor especially was so nice, and professional. I was given a knee brace & a prescription for some anti-inflammatory medication. All in all, it was a good visit to MD Now. Unlike a lot of trips to urgent care.

this was my first time at an urgent care and I didn't really know what to expect coming to MDNOW. the front desk receptionist, Caroline was able to explain everything to make me feel at ease and assured me the staff would take care of me and make me feel comfortable. Everyone was nice and managed to get me seen by the doctor conveniently.

I came in for a pre-op and the staff really did take care of me. The registration was very simple on an iPad. FD made sure everything was completed for me. The medical assistant made sure all of my orders were completed and nothing was missing. Overall, everyone was super friendly and professional. Was seen by Dr. Espinal who was amazing!!! and my labs were done in a timely manner. Even got to leave in less than an hour. I will definitely continue coming here when ever I need it. :)
