I am visiting from the Seattle area. The receptionist took time to contact my insurance in Washington state which was so helpful and kind. The Dr has great bedside manner and was very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend!
The staff, from reception to the P.A. were welcoming and kind. Although I was so sick they made me feel good. They were patient and attentive with me. The P.A. was genuinely caring and had great bedside manner. I was really happy with my experience.
The staff were friendly and lifted my spirits in spite of my not feeling well. Also they were on point with their professionalism and did their jobs very well.

Each time my son or I have to go to urgent care, we have a positive experience. I am never concerned about the diagnosis or the care provided to us. The staff is always professional and courteous. I drive from Delray passing an MD Now to come to the Boynton location.
