The staff here is very courteous and professional. A good place to come when you are sick or injured.

Very helpful and professional staff from the moment I walked in. The receptionist acknowledges every patient as they walk in and If she was busy, she made sure she acknowledged your presence.

I was very impressed with the staff and their service!

I came in today to do a standard drug screening for my new job. Unfortunately, I realized I left my phone in my car after I’d already signed their policy, which states that I cannot leave the building until I have completed the screening. To make matters worse, I really needed my phone to communicate with my current employer that I would be in later than expected because there was a wait. I asked a young lady if there were any way possible that I could retrieve my phone from my car but she informed me that it wasn’t allowed and she didn’t want me to risk losing my new job opportunity. She was very sweet about it and I understood because a policy is a policy. Five or ten minutes later, she comes to me offering to go to my car and get my phone because she felt bad. She looks for it and we both come to the realization that I left it home. She tells me that I can have my boss call the office and she’ll confirm my whereabouts. She went above and beyond for me. I wish I had her name so that I could let her know just how much I appreciated everything she did this morning. Hopefully, she’ll see this. <3 Everyone there was very pleasant. The service was swift and impeccable.

Best urgent care Ive ever received. The staff is so caring. They really do listen and even followed up the next day to see how I was feeling!! Would 100% recommend to family and friends!! You guys rock!!!!!

Eva office manager, Filandi, Intake, and Amy- Pa. These 3 combined got me in and out, even with a wait, they made it worth waiting. Kind, gentle and helpful everyway, possible . My own Primary Doctors office Total MD / Urgent Care office is MD Nows Competitor. They wouldnt even see me after i was willing to wait there in their office while their PA said she had a procedure to do and it would be an hour or so. They told me because of my pain level, ( i pulled a muscle in my shoulder) to go to the hospital. I told them, i have been like this for 3 days , i would wait 1-2 so i wouldnt have to wait in The ER 3-4 hours for twice or 3 times the expense. She said even if i waited, she wouldnt treat me, and just would refer me to the hospital. So i came here. Same pain level, same pulled muscle. Atleast the saw me. And IF then they said go to the hospital, i would understand. But not even see me. So, MD NOW Is my Urgent Care place. I just wish i could use them for my primary office. Thank you ladies. If i could give you a raise, i would.

I have to say that the Doctors and the staff working at this facility are professional and polite to the degree that I needed to express this publicly. They have assisted me on two recent occasions of which my most recent visit confirmed their service.

They were accommodating and let me know the first time I arrived that the wait would be long. When I returned a couple hours later. They were attentive and professional.

Very happy with the service, as always. Courteous and very professional. Highly recommend.
