This is a good place to get your medical services, the staff is great, very knowledgeable, great customer service, in particular Cherline from the front desk is very patient and courteous.

THIS IS THE BEST THING THAT HAS HAPPEN TO WELL BEING. I ALWAY SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM ON THE WEEKEND AND REALLY DON'T WANT TO BOTHER MY DOCTOR - SO I GO TO THIS FACILITY.

Unbelievably exceptional service during a very difficult and fearsome time. I received expedited, efficient care from the MDNow Pinecrest team and was able to get tested for COVID-19 quickly and safely with results available within a reasonable time frame. I would like to particularly recognize Nurse Janetzi Sanchez. She was able to make me feel incredibly comfortable and at-ease during an otherwise very scary moment. Not only that, the team was able to make arrangements for my boyfriend to get tested the very next day, allowing him to return to work quickly and securely. Thank you so very much MDNow and thank you Ms. Sanchez - your world is nothing short of heroic.

Absolutely excellent care! The provider was very attentive and truly listened. He also paid special attention to what I felt was the problem. When I am paying for a service it is important to me, to know that my opinion is being taken into consideration. He was very respectful of my pain and made sure to address all of my issues. He gets a perfect 10 on my scoreboard!! MD Now knows how to pick their providers ... with the customer as the true top priority. Thank you MD Now !

I haven't been feeling well all day. When I got home I tried to call my doctor's office to get in. There was nothing available until next month at any of their locations. So, I called my insurance and found MD Now on their list of urgent care facilities that I could go to. I got there just about 6pm and was seen in minutes. The entire visit was less than an hour. I received a diagnosis and a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. Everyone there was friendly and professional. If I'm ever in need again, I will definitely go there again.
