Happy 4th of July

Unbelievably exceptional service during a very difficult and fearsome time. I received expedited, efficient care from the MDNow Pinecrest team and was able to get tested for COVID-19 quickly and safely with results available within a reasonable time frame. I would like to particularly recognize Nurse Janetzi Sanchez. She was able to make me feel incredibly comfortable and at-ease during an otherwise very scary moment. Not only that, the team was able to make arrangements for my boyfriend to get tested the very next day, allowing him to return to work quickly and securely. Thank you so very much MDNow and thank you Ms. Sanchez - your world is nothing short of heroic.

The staff was very friendly. There was hardly any wait. My exam was very thorough.

Office is very clean and the young ladies that check you in are polite and professional and helpful. The Dr who administered the Covid text was very pleasant!! Highly recommend this center

I had a great experience with everyone I interacted with today. The receptionist got me in the system right away, the nurse and the doctor took their time asking me questions, checking my symptoms, and answering my questions. My particular condition doesn't have a quick fix, but they gave me sound next steps and helped put my mind at ease. If I ever need to go to an urgent care facility in the future, I know where to go. Get up early so they can treat you faster than midday

It was a very pleasant experience. Did not wait more than 10 minutes. x-rays taken. I felt very safe considering COVID-19. I would definitely recommend MD Now Urgent Care.
