Unbelievably exceptional service during a very difficult and fearsome time. I received expedited, efficient care from the MDNow Pinecrest team and was able to get tested for COVID-19 quickly and safely with results available within a reasonable time frame. I would like to particularly recognize Nurse Janetzi Sanchez. She was able to make me feel incredibly comfortable and at-ease during an otherwise very scary moment. Not only that, the team was able to make arrangements for my boyfriend to get tested the very next day, allowing him to return to work quickly and securely. Thank you so very much MDNow and thank you Ms. Sanchez - your world is nothing short of heroic.

The wait was fairly quick considering the number of patients ahead of me (about 45 minutes) and MUCH quicker than an ER room. All of the staff were polite and professional, and Dr. Covilli was very nice and attentive, asking several questions and performing a quick test before making a diagnosis. I'll go back.

This is hands down the best service you can get. All of the staff was warm and friendly. Let’s face it, you’re never in a good mood going, you’re scared and they help fix that. I had amazing conversations with the woman at the front time flew by. I was escorted to a room probably 45 minutes which is NOT LONG. Dr Crespo was amazing. He listened to everything I said, and assured me this problem wasn’t as bad as I thought. This is the only place to go.

Quick efficient and professional

Not happy I was sick but so happy with the service at the new MD Now! From the front desk staff, to the tech and doctor, service was excellent. Staff was knowledgeable and I was happy there was a doctor onsite as some urgent care places do not always have one available. I left feeling better than I did going in. Very glad to have one of these in the neighborhood.

Having my Covid-19 antibodies checked was quick and easy at the Miami Lakes center. Dr. May was very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this location for future needs.
