First time here. New building with great distance setting and signage. Overall FD ladies very kind and explanatory on request. Lab lady was super nice and professional at all times. Will definitely come back or have too. Thank you all for your service. OE- ;)

Friendly professional service. I walked in the door, was readily instructed to fill out my personal details, called in to the room and received the jab! Thank you both Jody and and Alex for making the process smooth and efficient!

I always say a doctor is only as good as his support team. MD urgent care has a Great doctor and an amazing support team backing him up. As a person with a long time condition from Birth I realize how important this is. Really great people , professional , courteous , caring and friendly. If I ever need to use urgent care again I will go straight here! ( I kinda wish this was my pcp )

The visit was great, my daughter felt very comfortable with the doctor and specially with the medical assistant.

By far the best experience I’ve had at a Urgent Care. From the beginning they were all very patient with my hearing impairment. I appreciate the kindness from the receptionist to StephAne who called in my prescription for my painfully itchy allergic reaction to being bite by a gang of mosquitoes at Virginia Key. Len Let is a pure gem. Biggest heart Dr Ballarini is an amazing doctor who knew exactly how to help me and was super patient with me which is what I needed. Thank you all so much for taking care of me.

I went to MD Now Urgent Care not knowing what to expect. Wow, I am forever grateful to everyone there. I was treated so kindly and thoroughly. My fears turned to knowing I was ok. I had crays and was given a prescription to help me heal. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to these wonderful people & this facility again, if needed. Thank you✨

I was seen by Dr. David Joyce as a walk in patient. Seemed like a great doctor explained everything to me and about my condition. Definitely a good bedside manor! Clean offices/rooms. Would definitely go back but hope I don’t have to!
