Last night my 2 year old cut his finger open to the bone. We took him in around 7pm and thankfully were able to get in the room right away. The nurse cleaned his cut and was very kind to him. They were swamped so we didn't see the doctor for 2 hours. When we DID see the doctor, it was well with the wait. Dr. Diaz was super kind, patient, and thorough. He put 9 stitches in my son's finger & really took his time to make sure it was clean, etc. We go back for a follow-up but I don't anticipate our review changing. Yes, we waited - a LONG time - but the care we received was good. It's on the COMPANY for not adding a second dr in the evenings when they know it'll be busy. The staff was friendly enough but Dr. Diaz was downright wonderful.

The front desk was kind from the get go, and Dr. May was amazing he went above and beyond to help me out and letting me know what exactly was going on with me. Very thorough, helpful and kind.

The staff was understanding, sympathetic and professional. Also a little jovial to lighten a stressful moment.

Once the first visit has been completed, the sign in process is quite easy. Typically, the wait to see a Dr. isn’t too long. No in-house pharmacy, but prescriptions that are computer system oriented can be found quite easily even in the evening when usual pharmacy is closed at a 24 hour pharmacy.
