Walked in today for the first time..Staff are so friendly and so professional..They even have chilled bottles of water while you wait..Dr Abdulrahman was excellent..His bedside manor is wonderful. He listened to me and explained everything I needed to do very clearly. If needed. I highly recommend this urgent care site

I was treated for a urinary tract infection on April 26, 2018. The nurse and doctor were excellent! Waiting time was about 30 minutes as a walk-in without an appointment. They were very nice and very good medical treatment.

I broke a toe and the entire staff at MD Now were kind, humorous, and patient. The woman at the front desk told me to sit down because I was having trouble walking and that she would walk out to me and collect my cards and co-pay. This was so nice of her! Susan M. was my X-ray technician, and she was just as sweet as can be and made me laugh while I was there, which I needed. Dr. Katz was kind and even brought me back so I could take a picture of my x-rays to share with my family, which I was hoping to do. And Jessica wrapped my toes and gave me a surgical shoe and she was also just as sweet as can be and funny. Considering I broke my toe in three places and was in a lot of pain, I had a wonderful experience at MD Now because of ALL of the employees. Thank you!

Incredible service. I highly recommend for COVID testing. The staff was extremely kind and the PA Fran, was so gentle and made me feel so comfortable and safe. Thank you Fran and MD Now staff!

Awesome attention, fast and clean

This location has such a great staff (The PA, MA and Front Desk) were polite, professional and very efficient. I am a nurse and I am very picky about these places. I had to go there unexpectedly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It is also very clean and well organized. I highly recommend this MD Now over many others.

Overall very satisfied by the professionalism of the staff and the short wait time. I would recommend MD Now to anyone who might need their services! If I could “suggest” one small change: one item seemed to be omitted from the electronic sign in on the iPad: under the ethnicity selection, there was no selection for “white”. “White-non hispanic” was not present either, so all I could do is select “none of the above”. I find this a very strange oversight. Before anyone claims the R word, I am the most open and accepting person there is, I am just pointing out a glaring omission. Thank you for your service.
