The staff/nurses/Drs are always so kind and thoughtful. Ensures that all my questions are answered. Friendly and clean environment and fortunately I’ve never waited long. Thank you for all you do each day.

I visited this location on a Sun. The entire staff was excellent with a superb level of customer service. Starting with Taylor at check in. When I initially called she was kind and friendly. I had questions regarding my insurance/ copayment and she explained in detail how the entire billing process works. The level of service continued throughout the check in process. Dr. Choy was great and his bed side manners were fantastic. He was thorough in his evaluation process and made sure all of my questions were answered. Overall a great experience and I would certainly recommend.

Excellent doctor. He was very thorough. Listened to my concerns and I never felt rushed. The radiologist was also very good and professional.

MD Now Dadeland is a great urgent care facility, the staff are professional and very kind, polite, and courteous.. The Dr. was every so sweet, kind and pleasant with my mom, who has been diagnosed with beginning Alzheimer’s. I love the way she took care of my mom.

The MD there was a good diagnostic MD. Nurses were nice. Since it was my hand it didn't take an hour. Another day was different busy it took an hour to check in and the wait would have been 2 hours.

They take Medicare which is great, waited less than 10 minutes where a hospital you wait hours. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely would consider them (if it's not a life and death emergency) before visiting a hospital again.
