Friendly staff from reception to consultation.

The premises itself was modern and spotless. The reception was professional. The attendants [nurses/pa's?] were professional, knowledgeable and have a wonderful bed-side manner. The Dr. himself was as good as it gets. Only problem, the wait was kind of long, but that will not stop me from going there again.

Excellent care. While you wait there’s free water to hydrate you. I only had to wait 15 mins tops in the waiting area. Once in the room I only waited 5 mins and the Dr. and nurse were very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this place.

Excellent Experience. The receptionist were super friendly and the service was very fast. My mom and I were seen by the doctor and was in and out in 20 minutes.

I was in need of medical help and without insurance. i called many places and said i have no insurance and felt helpless until i called MD now on N Federal hwgy. I was told it was 149.00 to see a doctor and no appointment was needed. There is a list on the wall on a tv that lists all levels of care and the cost. We went in and were given an ipad to fill in info and when turned in we paid the 149.00 after a short wait I went into a room and the usual things were done temp blood pressure. A few minutes later the doctor came in and he listened and asked a few questions and i was on my way with the Meds i needed for a lung infection. I have this problem every other year and this was by far the best experience i have ever had

Overall Great Experience Personable Knowledge Staff

This morning I arrived at the urgent care with alot of pain in my toe, which I hit the night before. The attention was very cordial and professional since I arrived, they brought a wheelchair to take me in, they took x-rays, everyone was very kind to me. The doctor and his assistants explained everything I should do to feel better, thanks God my toe was not broken but is very swollen. Thank you very much to all for the kind service.
