The office staff, X-ray tech, triage nurse and Dr. were all very kind and friendly to me and my 11yr old daughter. Although we waited for over an hour to be seen, once they called us back, the process from vitals to check out was quick and smooth.

Working at EXER was great I truly enjoyed working there. The downside was that sometimes your coworkers will call off leaving you with a shift on your own and the providers, but the plus side of that is that it helps with time management. Great life balance as far as getting to do stuff on your off days. I loved the 3 days on and 4 days off.

Staff and doctor were very nice and attentive.

I went to this urgent care today with my partner. He had quite an embarrassing hand injury. (He hurt himself mixing frozen ground beef.)Every one of the staff were very caring and efficient. From the front girls to the PA. The place was very clean and everyone was wearing a mask. Except one of the girls had it on her chin. But she wasnt taking care of anyone so it wasnt much of a concern. We got there around 9 AM and we were out of there by 10:30. The wait in the waiting room was very short. No insurance, but the price was very affordable. I do recommend this place for anyone that may have an urgent injury or may have covid-19. They take care of that too,we were turned away from a different clinic due to a slight fever. Glad we came here instead.

Excellent location. Have save me a couple of visits to the ER

Went in today with intense pain in my back and hip. Got in right away. The Dr gave me a shot of cortisone which took about 1 hour to start working. It took away 90% of the pain. I'm very grateful this Urgent Care is open every day and the doctor was so knowledgeable. Thank you!
