First time at a MD Now UC early Sunday morning. Was very pleasantly surprised by the facility inside. The nurse was good and the doctor excellent. He really took his time with me and explained everything very clearly.

The doctor was knowledgable and thoughtful in the care she provided. I appreciated her patience and empathy in listening to my symptoms and explaining her diagnosis in a way that my anxieties I had about my condition were addressed.

As I walk in the front desk lady was very kind and helpful, then the assistant was also very kind and sweet. I was in and out pretty quick. I feel much better. Grateful I did not need to go to ER and depend hours and countless of money.

Great experience. The doctor and staff was very responsive and professional. They were quick to answer questions and assist you in any way. The wait was short, which for me it is very important especially given COVID-19. And the doctor was great as well. She was very thorough in her examination and quick. I highly recommend this place.

The entire staff is most professional, caring and efficient! The NP doctor Jen was a most caring and most highly qualified physician I could have asked for. She took the time to answer every question I had and was very thorough with my diagnosis. Everyone there gets a ten star rating with a blue ribbon! They are a gift to Vero!

My experience at MD now was seamless. I had fallen and thought I sprained my wrist, but after a week of distress I went for x-rays. As I suspected it was more than a sprain, it was broken. The nurse was very well educated and helpful. The doctor, Dr. Swanson, was totally on point with his diagnosis verified by the x-rays. Within 45 minutes I was tended to and out the door with a splint and sling,. A referral for an orthopedist and my prescription was also called in to my pharmacy. The level of care is A+ at the Royal Palm Beach MD Now. Thank you all!
