All of the staff were pleasant and professional. The Medical Assistant was very kind, and explained the procedure (ear irrigation) to me beforehand because I told him that I was a little nervous. The physician was also very nice and knowledgeable. He gave me some tips on preventative care as well. All around, a great experience. Thank you!

I had a great experience with everyone I interacted with today. The receptionist got me in the system right away, the nurse and the doctor took their time asking me questions, checking my symptoms, and answering my questions. My particular condition doesn't have a quick fix, but they gave me sound next steps and helped put my mind at ease. If I ever need to go to an urgent care facility in the future, I know where to go. Very professional and I would recommend this place for your health services

I have been a patient of this location for several years. My family and I. My mom is the one who suggested for me to come over there and I absolutely love this place. My children have gone and my husband as well. Dr. Crespo is a lifesaver. I have been there with very serious symptoms and he’s giving me the proper test and the diagnosis and I have gotten better so much faster through his care. The staff is super professional and very knowledgeable. They are a warm environment and truly care about their patients. I am so grateful to the doctor and the staff for seeing me and diagnosing me. Efficient professional clean

The staff was great! The dr had great bedside manners. The triage nurse was a bit concerning. I wanted my vital information for documentation. She treated me like herded cattle. When I asked her vitals, she zipped through them. I had to explain to her that I was writing while she was reading.

This place is great when you need a quick check up. Super friendly staff, doctor was awesome, very quick in and out. Will definitely come back!
