Wonderful experience. Caring and friendly staff. Dr. Babbar is excellent. Since walk in places often have long waits, I made an appointment on line. It was effortless. I'm very glad to have this place nearby!!

I'm visiting Miami for a few months and found myself in need of an MD. I read reviews of several walk in facilities in my location. Urgent Care had the best reviews and after a visit the ratings are well deserved. Although I had to wait an hour (no appointment) , the facility is well run and it is very clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. The physician did a thorough exam, identified the issue and suggested a medication but did not write the prescription because he was unsure of how it might interact with a current and uncommon medication I was taking. He instructed me to either see a specialist in the area or to contact my physician at home and get clearance. Cautious and smart.

We have used the Urgent Care several times for Covid testing and once for urgent care. We have always felt comfortable with the staff. Easy to get in and we were seen at once.

Came in today desperate without being able to breathe, not covid, alone and I cannot thank this office enough for helping me feel taken care of, safe, and a part of the family. Tony Stark, Landy, Dr. Mercedes, and EVERYONE in the office went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible while I'm sick. They got me in within 5 minutes, the doctor was quick, thoughtful, and listened. The staff called me back when I had questions. They explained everything to me patiently and with kindness. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and treated the way I would hope someone would take care of anyone in my family if I couldn't go to the doctor with them. A caring, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. Shout out to Tony Stark for calling me back twice when I had follow-up questions! Did I mention they were patient? Will be recommending it whenever anyone needs urgent care.

Fast and easy, everyone was so nice. The only issue is trying to call in, you can't get anyone but the physical branch is excellent.

Excellent facility. Clean, friendly, professional, etc. Doctor on staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable, thoughtful and communicative and they had imaging services available - I was in and out after X-rays and preliminary diagnosis in under two hours.

Front desk the best!!! All staff very professional and kind..Check in Nurse was Super, very kind and considerate.. The Doctor was very very professional and addressed all complaints..This is the best place ever!!!
