Excellent health care service from start to finish. Prefer written release forms as having difficulty pulling up PDF

The staff is very accommodating, pleasant and professional.

Now I just have to say I’m not a big fan of any hospital setting but what I experienced on Thursday was just Amazing. The front desk workers were so sweet and amazing. Now when it came to the medical workers I have to say they are fantastic. The Gentleman that called me back is such a pure heart. I can tell he works to serve are community and not just for a paycheck. This young man is hilarious, while calling me back he greeted everyone that was waiting in the lobby with a warm Aloha. Now that was pretty cute. I was feeling a bit down that day I was going through a handful The young gentleman sat me down in the room, Just at that moment I knew that I was at good hands. He let me know that there was nothing to worry about and that he will do his best to insure that I was at ease. While the young men took my blood pressure, He cracked a couple a cute jokes and even offered me water. Then when he exited the rooms the last thing that came out his mouth is what really made me realize that there are still good hearted people out in this world. He completely changed my day. I was still a bit anxious due to being in a medical environment but, because of the way this wonderful gentleman treated me it calmed me down and even change my entire day. I wish I remembered his name I know his name had a K in it but I can’t completely remember. If I had to recommend a place to go when it comes to urgent care I suggest going to MD Now. Or at least the Midtown location . Thank you for the amazing experience the doctors, the front desk workers and especially that young gentleman that gave me such great care.

Thank you for a speedy procedure. As much as it was not a pleasant experience having a qtip up your nose, at least everyibe was nice and understanding.

This place is my go to whenever I have a medical question, feeling under the weather, or need wellness checks for various jobs. They are efficient and thorough. The doctor spent a good deal of time with you making sure all of your questions are answered.

Dr. Katz and the staff at MD Now were very helpful and caring for me as a first time Worker's Comp patient at this urgent care. I had very little wait time and was finished with my visit within an hour. Beats waiting at another Urgent Care for 2 hours just to be seen!! Thank you all for your excellent and compassionate care!

The men and women working here were professional and also quite personable. Always nice to laugh with someone and just have a regular conversation even with all that’s going on. Quick and professional!

I came here after a workplace accident and was seen immediately even though it was my first worker’s compensation claim and I was very scared and confused. The front office staff was quick and knowledgeable. The PA and nurses that treated me were gentle and had the best bed side manners I’ve experienced to date. I highly recommend MD Now, not only as a healthcare professional myself, but as a human being.

First impression would always be a lasting month it was very clean at the front desk very polite and hospitable the doctors will Cain and address my issue in a very timely manner and the gentleman that did all of my vitals were just awesome he had me laughing and we laughed together would recommend this place highly
