Very kind staff, place was immaculate, didn't have to wait long AND....I'm starting to feel better!!!

Everything was Good in MD Now in Boca Raton in palmetto. I was there this morning for my covid test, and was an a good experience. No waiting to much, Everything was clean, free bottles of water, the nurse for my test was very nice and No pain in my nose when she's do it the covid test.

I had to take our three year old in today (9/30/22) for a Covid test to be cleared for dental surgery that is coming up soon. I was dreading it. Our daughter has had several Covid tests but no matter whether we have given them to her or a nurse or doctor it always ends in howling, screaming, crying, or trying to run away in fright. I wish I had got the name of the nurse on duty today. She was so good with our girl. Not only did it not end in tears, Our daughter was super proud of how big of a girl she was today. Mama was super proud too! These guys are excellent!

Quick service, Knowledgeable doctor and Friendly, competent staff

This inflation/recession is real.. only two workers a front desk clerk. There are few staff in the back including doctor.. they handle everything with Care very professional the wait was long but the customer service was great. Very customer service friendly. I would recommend others.

The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. Samantha conducted my Covid19 test. She was very professional, personable and thorough. She took the time to explain everything to me. I did not get the doctor's name who came in to check on me but he was very friendly and gave me detailed options regarding vaccinations.

The staff is awesome. I don’t feel uncomfortable at all whenever I’m there. The appearance is very clean. The doctor answers all my questions and is very professional. I forget everybody’s names but there is not one staff member that makes me feel uncomfortable. It’s also at a great location and I can always find parking. Waiting times aren’t long either. The sign in process is simple and straight forward.

They were timely, professional, and kind.

Took only 45 minutes to see the doctor after completing the patient info forms - next to the x-rays technician and back to see the doctor. Unheard of to received prompt medical attention. Had I chosen to go to the local ER, I would have been there several hours. Hope I don't need MDNow Urgent Care anytime soon, but should the need arise, I will certainly return to this location. Thanks for you excellent care.
