We checked in and took 4 minutes to see the nurse and then the Dr! My child has autism and he is very scared of Doctors. She was so nice, professional and sweet . My Son hugged the Dr. and that never happens!

Absolutely excellent care! The provider was very attentive and truly listened. He also paid special attention to what I felt was the problem. When I am paying for a service it is important to me, to know that my opinion is being taken into consideration. He was very respectful of my pain and made sure to address all of my issues. He gets a perfect 10 on my scoreboard!! MD Now knows how to pick their providers ... with the customer as the true top priority. Thank you MD Now !

I am a parent that was concerned about son illness . I called to find out the services of there facility . I spoke with Sandra receptionist and she had me speak to Stefanie RN . They reassured me that when my son came back in they would do an X-ray . Per my son he said everyone was great and he loved the Doctor sorry didn’t get his name 1/16 was on then and stated he was very nice and good . I just want to say I am a RN ER & ICU live in Pa and I appreciate you listening to my concerns and doing the X-ray .Thank you for listening to my concerns you were all very kind . My daughter injured her foot and I wasn’t sure if stitches were needed so we headed to MDnow. The receptionist/insurance/check in person was lovely, efficient and knew her stuff. Our wait was shorter because she was on the ball. The nurse that led us in was very upbeat and pleasant. The doctor was terrific, he put my daughter and me at ease right away and took great care of her. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. The whole office had great energy. Thank you!

Good and quick

I came to Miami with my 7 year old daughter, we landed 6 hours earlier and hung out at a friends house before we checked in to the hotel. On the car ride to the hotel, my daughter complained of her eye itching. Of course she kept rubbing it and made it worse. Her eye was almost completely shut when we pulled into urgent care. We had all of our luggage with us. The staff was very nice and accommodating and allowed me to put my luggage in another room while me daughter was getting treated. The entire staff was great and the doctor assessed the situation and wrote a prescription for my daughter. Her swelling went down overnight and she is fine.
