I thought that I might have the flu. Doc initially thought no bad cold since I did not have a fever for several hours. My symptons most mirrored a cold. He said, however, we will test to be certain. I did have the flu. The medication he had me take is working, I feel better than I have in days-not an antibiotic but helps the symptoms. I highly recommend this location the staff was courteous AND best way for me to describe is they were professionally friendly. When you are sick (even us adults) need some support. Being a Sunday in the height of flu season I waited about an hour. TV was on, complimentary water bottles and plenty to read.

My experience at MD Urgent Care Very professional and welcoming. This was my second visit to this facility and believe me if I didn’t enjoy the first visit, I would not have returned. The wait was not long and the medical staff made you comfortable while waiting for the doctor to come in and see you. The experience was great both visits. I highly recommend.

They got my husband in right away, and quickly determined that he didn't have any broken bones. If necessary, he could have had X-rays right there. The doctor and medical staff were professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. I'm so glad MD Now is near our home for emergencies that don't require the hospital emergency room. They sent the prescription to our favorite pharmacy. A reassuring, wonderful experience.

Courtesy, friendly, accommodation, clean office, bathroom & exam rooms. The Dr was super nice, my antibiotic script was sent to Walgreens before I left the MD office. I’ve been there several times & only once did I want a long time. Today’s visit was in and out. Thank you for this office.

COVID-19 testing done in minutes. Everybody was very professional. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The check-in process was easy and simple, and the overall testing process was quick and easy.

They listened to me. Non Judgemental. And Together, we found the problem and Since finding the problem. It was a solution that can make it better. If I do my part. But I know my body response. And they listened without assuming anything else. Straight to the issue. Always listen to your patients. We know our own bodies. And if it was proven to be false perception, then at least, it should be a physical to rule out other possibilities. And they did an awesome job. You can put this on your review! Thanks!

I came to Miami with my 7 year old daughter, we landed 6 hours earlier and hung out at a friends house before we checked in to the hotel. On the car ride to the hotel, my daughter complained of her eye itching. Of course she kept rubbing it and made it worse. Her eye was almost completely shut when we pulled into urgent care. We had all of our luggage with us. The staff was very nice and accommodating and allowed me to put my luggage in another room while me daughter was getting treated. The entire staff was great and the doctor assessed the situation and wrote a prescription for my daughter. Her swelling went down overnight and she is fine.
