I had a great experience, I had to visit MD Now this morning, everyone were kind , the place was clean I didn't have to wait long to be seen, starting from the front desk to the Dr. Everyone were nice and understanding.

Dr. Katz and the staff at MD Now were very helpful and caring for me as a first time Worker's Comp patient at this urgent care. I had very little wait time and was finished with my visit within an hour. Beats waiting at another Urgent Care for 2 hours just to be seen!! Thank you all for your excellent and compassionate care!

The staff at MD Now made my ongoing pain and difficulties almost pleasant. A very caring group with a doctor who went put of her way to explain things and recommend treatment going forward. Clean and comfortable . . . I was checked-in within 10 minutes - unusually quick in the healthcare industry where "waiting room" is normally an unhealthy, long experience. Good work MD Now!

This is a new location and the staff is very attentive. I walked in and took me no more to 10 min to be called. d there was 3 people ahead of me. On other locations I had been waiting sometimes over 40 min. The doctor assistant was very kind and the doctor spent his time giving me the option i could choose for my treatment. I have been there many times for the same problem and this was the really first time that a doctor did this interaction u til we find what should work best for me. I am free of pain and he did the right choice. Another Big pro, they do have parking. Great experience!!!

I think best thing to do is to come early and ready. Early bird gets the worm. I came early on a Sunday and was first in line to be serviced. Front desk was nice and the staff was great. Got X-rays done and results with 30 mins. The doctor was great as well. Hit me with a follow up call an hour later to give me feedback from the radiologist. They have my 5 stars. I was in and out.

This visit went better than if I were at a doctor's office. Yes, there was a wait. I was lucky to walk-in when it wasn't TOO busy. Got everything I needed done. The ladies at reception were kind and professional. The MA who took my vitals was so cool to chat with. The physician who examined me didn't falter at my weird sense of humor. There was a client who was so aggressively impatient to be seen. I wanted to put him in his place! His behavior and attitude towards everyone working here was absolutely appalling. No one deserves that. The employees handled themselves very well.
