They were very attentive from when I walked in to when I left. The check in process was very quick and easy. The actual appointment is very straight to the point and the nurse was very attentive and helpful. The doctor will explain everything and really help you to feel comfortable and at ease. The whole experience was great and I will definitely be going again if needed!

Everyone was very nice and professional. I also like the decor and it has a cozy vibe as opposed to one of those medical facilities with the harsh fluorescent lights.

I'm visiting Miami for a few months and found myself in need of an MD. I read reviews of several walk in facilities in my location. Urgent Care had the best reviews and after a visit the ratings are well deserved. Although I had to wait an hour (no appointment) , the facility is well run and it is very clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. The physician did a thorough exam, identified the issue and suggested a medication but did not write the prescription because he was unsure of how it might interact with a current and uncommon medication I was taking. He instructed me to either see a specialist in the area or to contact my physician at home and get clearance. Cautious and smart.

Went to the urgent care for treatment the staff was amazing. I truly appreciate Dr. Naira who cared about my concerns and Kendlet for his professionalism and energy they were amazing, this is the urgent care experience everyone should receive.

Much better experience than the express urgent care center from across the street. The receptionist was welcoming and greeted us here. The people here took our time and listened unlike the other place.
