The lady at the front desk, Sylvia D. is extremely pleasant. She greets everyone with a smile. Seems genuinely concerned about the patient. She makes you feel at home by offering refrigerated water and in my case, she heard my cough and offered a Ricola. She surely makes the patient feel at ease when visiting this MD Now. I came in today to do a standard drug screening for my new job. Unfortunately, I realized I left my phone in my car after I’d already signed their policy, which states that I cannot leave the building until I have completed the screening. To make matters worse, I really needed my phone to communicate with my current employer that I would be in later than expected because there was a wait. I asked a young lady if there were any way possible that I could retrieve my phone from my car but she informed me that it wasn’t allowed and she didn’t want me to risk losing my new job opportunity. She was very sweet about it and I understood because a policy is a policy. Five or ten minutes later, she comes to me offering to go to my car and get my phone because she felt bad. She looks for it and we both come to the realization that I left it home. She tells me that I can have my boss call the office and she’ll confirm my whereabouts. She went above and beyond for me. I wish I had her name so that I could let her know just how much I appreciated everything she did this morning. Hopefully, she’ll see this. <3 Everyone there was very pleasant. The service was swift and impeccable.

Overall very impressed with the service from this location. Times are tough and scary but each associate from the desk checking me in, to the girl who took my blood/pressure/etc, was very welcoming and kind. I was nervous to be there but It was very easy. If you need assistance with health concerns I’d recommend paying this place a visit. This was my first time and I’m scheduled for a follow up a week from now.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Every single person there was kind, professional, and courteous. I did not have to wait long, and I feel better today already. Dr. Kusler knows what she is doing, and gave good explanations for her treatment, which I appreciate in a doctor. This MD Now is a wonderful addition to our neighborhood, and I feel relieved to have them here. Thank you MD Now, and please stay the way you are.

Friendly, quickly, efficient

This location was very good. Had to wait an hour though to see dr. The dr was very nice and helped me with health issue. Explaining what was wrong. Didn’t feel rushed. He was only dr there so that is why I suppose.

This place is definitely the to-go if you have an emergency. I went because all the medical centers close to my home were more expensive and full of people. The nurse and doctor took care of me very well, the receptionist is super professional.

Being sick is the worst. I didn’t even want to get out of bed to go to the doctor as it can be a horrible experience. The receptionist was very kind, followed by the very kind nurse and then a very comforting and kind doctor. I felt like a homeless person. I haven’t showered in three days, no make up...ratty clothes. They all made me feel better. Turns out I have the flu. They all made me feel comfortable. I appreciate this place and will go there from now on. Not just that, it was very quick. Thank you all!

I dragged myself into the Med Now clinic in horrific pain thinking how am I going to go to work 8 hrs from 6:45 pm with 2 swollen painful knees? A short wait & 2xrays & diagnosis I left with prescription for strong Anti inflammation meds. I slept & was up pain free feeling amazing - loving life again enjoying working greeting people. Thank you all at Med Now in Pembroke Pines.
